Advance Homes, Inc is a locally owned and operated residential developer and home builder founded in 1953 by the late Allen V. Seitz. The family of companies has developed more than 3000 single-family homes in more than 25 subdivisions, over 1000 multi-family units in the local Quad City area and in Ft. Myers, Florida. Allen created a philosophy which maintains the highest value of land and homes in each development. That same commitment is now shared by Allen's son, Jeff, who continues to run the company with the same philosophy and ethics.
Advance Homes, Inc is a general contractor hiring and supervising the finest sub-contractors in the area. Our company also has a crew of employees to assist in job-site supervision, quality control, warranty issues and material selections.
